I bought two of these and the indicated output voltage of one is approximately 0.28V lower than the actual output and the other is approximately 0.32V lower than actual output. For what these cost, I can't really be that picky about the this. Overall happy with my purchase. The function of the two buttons are as follows: Button #1 (closest to input block) - press once to turn on display, press again to turn off the display. Button #2 (closest to output block) - alternates display to show either input voltage or output voltage. To adjust the output voltage: turn the multi-turn potentiometer clockwise to increase the output voltage, counter-clockwise to decrease output voltage.
